Really pretty piece. I love the hair. It's very detailed and interesting to look at.

Here's a link to the tutorial that I have been using to do portraits: [link]

It has really helped me out!

Some specific things I have suggestions for are:
:bulletblack:The Hand - The fingers look a little stiff. I'd do a couple hand studies, find some hand stock images on dA and get used to the joints and how a hand bends. A few quick sketches could really help you get used to the natural positions of hands. ([link] [link] [link] [link] are a few of the reference that I've used for practice)
:bulletblack: The proportions are a little off on the face. If you're looking for realism,
I'd pay special attention to studying a few of these things--
:pointr:Your hairline is a little low. Take a look at a few photographs and you'll see that people really do have a lot more forehead than you'd think!
:pointr:The nose is a little long and close to the nose. If you look closely at a face, you can see that the upper lip is a bit longer than you'd think.
:pointr:I'd also add just a tad more shadow around her teeth to give the impression of depth.

If you have any other questions just let me know, I'd be happy to dig up some more tutorials and diagrams from dA. There are so many great resources if you search through the tutorials :)
